    I brought my daughter to Real Volleyball Academy in early August, she had some experience playing junior ball but lacked proper coaching. In the beginning of August my daughter was serving underhand, she did not understand the three hit concept. By the end of August my daughter was serving overhand, setting, tipping, digging, and spiking. It is now January and we are in our AAU season and she has more confidence in her skills and has developed great friendships with her teammates, loves playing with her team and now understands the game. Thanks to Coach Ronny for his outstanding work my daughter and Coach Ouliana for always replying so promptly to all my questions. I highly recommend this volleyball club, trust me the investment in your daughter is well worth it.

    Volleyball is a very intense and complicated sport. My Daughter started at RVA 2 years ago with no knowledge of the game what so ever. She has learned so much about this amazing game from Coach Ronnie and his staff. She didn’t play club/travel ball her first year. Just went to practices and camps. During this time she worked on skills and learned to be a great teammate. She tried out for the 14u team last October and had a great first season. The thing I like the most about the organization is that they not only focus on the game but also team building and transforming the girls into young women. Our daughter has taken those skills and will begin her high school career on the EPHS JV team. But she can’t wait for club ball to start back. RVA RVA RVA!!!!!

    Real Volleyball Academy is one of the best volleyball clubs out there. If you are looking for a place to send your child this is the place. The coaches love helping their players be the best that they can be. They are also super supportive. If you make a mistake, instead of getting mad, they try to help you and tell you what to do to fix it. Recently I saw a coach that was very coarse with her team when they made a mistake which does not help them fix what they messed up on, it just lowers their self-esteem and makes them feel bad about themselves. At Real, you won't have this problem because the coaches are helpful and supportive. I know that I will be staying with Real Volleyball Academy.
